  1. Plans the project with the Creative Director to ensure that timelines and resources are adequate for the project to succeed. 
  2. Regularly communicates with the team and the client to keep everyone aligned regarding relevant project information—key dates, progress and milestones, pending materials, completion status, and things that require urgent attention.
  3. Keeps track of the project work load, status of deliverables, revision requests, and efficiency of the team
  4. Respond to various project challenges and concerns with potential solutions
  5. Promotes momentum and efficiency by encouraging the timely delivery of materials, review and approvals, and prioritization of actionable items.
