She developed the integrated end-to-end process for branding while taking her Masters in Entrepreneurship in 2014. For over 20 years, she has provided guidance and tools for leaders of both local and international brands, to grow in ways that truly add value to their world. 

What gets you out of bed in the morning?

My work. I feel it’s mainly a combination of three things: the commitment to deliver on my promises, passion for my advocacy, and relationships with people both in and outside of Bluethumb I’m excited to learn from and do amazing things with.

What for you is your most meaningful achievement as a leader so far?

Seeing my team have more confidence and doing their best with me and on their own 🙂 

What advice do you have for entrepreneurs who want to scale their business, but are having challenges with it now?

Have a benchmark, then do an assessment of your current reality and gaps. Know your strengths and values, then set the foundation first by being clear on the outcome. Articulate it, write it down, reflect on it, and cascade it to the best people who can help you implement and scale.
