What are your top 5 responsibilities?

  1. Craft strategies that help teams develop design solutions that are on brand and on time and  contribute to fit the client’s vision brief
  2. Lead and conduct research activities to gather relevant insights for branding and design projects to be authentic and meaningful and we can use it to track or measure results.
  3. Assist the Brand Experience Director in presenting ideas to clients and in facilitating branding workshops
  4. Ensure that all correspondence seen by our community is relevant, error-free, and adheres to Bluethumb standards of quality
  5. Collaborate with all members of the team to produce quality work that is on brand and on time on a budget in a light positive way

What are the top skills required to succeed in their role?

  1. A foundational understanding of brand strategy development
  2. Knowledge of marketing research techniques
  3. Proficiency in programs such as—
    1. Keynote
    2. Google Sheets and Docs
    3. Canva
  4. It would be an advantage if you are proficient in any of these as well—

  1. Portfolio. A collection of your best work that shows your experience and strengths as a strategist
  2. Strategy Exam. We evaluate how you think and present strategic solutions in a given timeframe 
  3. One to three years of relevant professional experience in any of the following fields—advertising, marketing, research, branding, tech, editorial, or public relations.
  4. Essentials for remote work—
    • Stable electricity and internet connection

    • Headset with mic and webcam for virtual meetings
