Project Coordinator

Creative Copywriters create unique and compelling verbal translation of the brand that tells about its story, identity, tone, and strategy that is ownable to the brand. Bluethumb copywriters think conceptually, strategically, creatively, and visually to meet clients’ needs by creating relevant ideas and messages to build, promote a brand and/or its products and/or services.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Deliver concepts, content, and presentations that are strategic, creative, feasible and meets client objectives
  • Brainstorm for concepts and strategy with designers, art directors, or other copywriters
  • Understand the project brief, target market, and competitors of the client
  • Create, prepare Keynote, and present creative output to team and/or clients, and attends client workshops
  • Create consistent strategy and concept while keeping attention on finer design details such as grammar, choice words, tone, etc.
  • Be able to provide effective creative copywriting, editing, proofreading marketing material, advertisements, brand strategy, website content, presentations, social media, AVP scripts, event scripts, etc.
  • Able to write in varying styles and assume different tones according to the needs of the brand and target audience

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Creative Writing or any field related.
  • At least 1 year of working experience as Creative Copywriter or any field related
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Able to write in varying styles and assume different tones according to the needs of the brand and target audience
  • Able to analyse secondary and/or primary research to gain good insights
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Be able to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively
  • Background in IMC, Advertising, Marketing, Mass Communication, Visual Communication, Branding, Research/Strategy, or Psychology is an advantage
